Galanga Cashew Chicken
Sliced chicken fillets, snow peas, asparagus and cashews are stir-fried with chili sauce and galanga (Thai ginger).

Lemon Grass Chicken
Sliced chicken filets sautéed with green and red peppers, onions, carrots, lemongrass, chili peppers and crushed peanuts.

Paag Chee Kai
Sliced chicken fillets, broccoli and carrots, stir-fried with a coriander garlic paste, and hot bean sauce.

Chicken Nest
Sliced chicken, bamboo shoots and Chinese mushrooms stir-fried in a spicy cilantro garlic chilli paste then served over crispy tofu paper

Bangkok Beef
Beef strips marinated in black peppercorns then sautéed with mixed vegetables in a cilantro lemongrass soya sauce.

Thai BBQ Beef
Thick slices of Alberta beef are seared with orion, fresh chilli pepper, lime juice, and sweet basil then spiced up in Thai BBQ sauce.
